OMG is that an early april fools joke. This seems to be the latest thing for the council to do, sell it off, and also charge tennants for what has been included in rent for ten years, high rise window cleaning and communal staircase cleaning. Both stated as being included when I signed the contract.
Sell everything, take as many facilities off the public as possible, to make up for lack of funding. What else are we going to have to find private funding for? what facilities are we going o get for our council tax.
put the council offices on a site that has insufficient access, put both the new school AND the football ground on the school field. Then we'll move the school field to erm ... sod it we don't need one.
