a lot more than they deal with fairly. Complaints procedure consists of writing a complaint. that gets passed to the first person who fobs them off with spin and lies. Person then complains to what is made out to be the chief executive as a second stage complaint. This in reality gets passed to the person sitting next to the first person that dealt with it who puts more spin and lies to back up the first person, it not has so much soin and lies that the answer barely relates to the original complaint and the complainant gives up because they're so lost in the spin that they dont know whether to answer the lies and spin or keep to their original complaint. I have many outstanding that i've still not got an answer to including a kitchen that is still not finished 5 yrs on, damaged lights that cost me over 100 pound from that kitchen replacement that their men broke, a broken shower with a lose cover and live electrics that their electrician broke. mums bathroom is still undecorated and unfinished over 6 yrs on chipped sinks, seconds sanitary wear, its only council tenants we can fit seconds with chips and deformities. door intercom still not working despite at least two people reporting it over two years,accusations of harassment against me apparently i stalked sarah burley because i offered help taking stuff to her car after an event and stopped to answer a phone call. the fact that she offered me lifts and shared her private and love life seems to be ignored. i still want a retraction and apology. Typical of women to lead a bloke on then shout stalker. the list goes on and on and on
