The blue dogs reburbishment by punch taverns, into a disco bar, is continuing and going to plan. Punch have completely gutted the interior, and given the outside a complete overhaul. The intention is to have a DJ booth and dance floor at the back of the pub, a more traditional pub area at the front and to have extended opening hours until 1 am.
