telegraphSeems that there's been some fraud going on at these Indian call centres. Yes they've been caught but will it stop it happening again. Power gen have also listened to the people, they've obviously realised that people can't understand what they're gibbering on about, and don't trust them.

I don't trust em, They sound right dodgy on the phone, and half the time I can't understand what they say. I end up having to put the phone down, then calling back later.

I think it was asda ge money that had the worst I've encountered, I'm not sure but i think they run dorothy perkins and burtons and evans too. surely they must know they're losing custom because people can't understand.
these 0870 numbers are bad too. did you know that every company has a landline number that you can ring but they don't want you to. They get a cut out of you ringing n 0870 number.
I don't ring them anymore, i get the landline and use that.

I get them them calling me trying to give me the offer of the week, I just put the receiver down or don't answer at all.
I received a mailer the other week from lx direct offering me fashions. It was full of girls and ladies clothes. these companies don't give a care about their customers as long as the cash is coming in.
