Just a bit, although it did sound like he was going to plead guilty in the newspapers. He's pleaded guilty, and he'll no doubt go to prison, but what will be the benefit of sentencing someone to prison for an historic crime. It's 20 years after the fact, he's hardly a danger to any one, he's not in contact with any young girls now is he.

Waste of taxpayers money if you ask me, and you should always ask me because I know best. He isn't a pedo is he, well thats not what I'd class as a pedo. I'd question the motives of the 'victims' and as to why it has taken 20 years to come to light, when the man has a successful and very public career.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and while I don't agree with what he's done, I'm still waiting for someone to explain the purpose of the sentence.
"However the judge felt that the offences were so serious and the victims had been so traumatised that the only sentence he could pass was a custodial one."
Is this sentence going to undo whats been done. no Does it help mick. no, because in three yrs he'll be out, punished yes, but thats all.
