Flat proposal

AN application has been made to North Warwickshire Borough Council for 12 flats on the site of the old Barge and Bridge public house on Coleshill Road, Atherstone.

The proposal by S and S Lamb Developments Ltd calls for a three storey development, with 12-15 car parking spaces and access from Westwood Road.
