Street lights on or street lights off, that is the question.
For moon and asteroid storm watchers there's clearly advantages for being with no street lights.
I'm not sure what the disadvantages are as most people are in bed and very few walk anywhere at night.
I can walk for hours and not meet a soul at night.
What are your thoughts on this ?
