Has been won by Jozef Nakielski for his services to the town over the last 20 years. Including putting on the light display in Welcome Street for numerous years, mostly at his own expense, helping out Dickens night, planning, chairing, doing electrics, road closures, helping out other events such as Summer in the Square, fun day, heritage days, taking photographs of events for facebook, web pages, The Herald. Running forums, facebook pages creating flower displays in public spaces, litter picking and sweeping of public spaces, railway station.
