Race wars at parcel company

There have bee race wars at a local parcel company near Kingsbury.
Apparently it all kicked of Thursday when Muslims went into a trailer and started praying. A non Muslim worker complained to management who decided to discuss the matter with the Muslims. The Muslims were non to pleased and decided to confront the Non Muslim in the back of the trailer. Management had to intervene.

However this was not the end of the matter. The next night Muslim workers turned up and on being searched by security staff, it was found that they had weapons. A decision was made to send the guilty parties home and ban them from returning until
the following Wednesday.
The saga continued because when they did return security didn't search the Muslims. This caused unease amongst the non Muslim workers and eventually a discussion took place with management about the matter.
Several said they would stop work if something wasn't done.
A chance was given for management to deal with the matter but it wasn't so approximately 100 workers stopped work.
Management turned up and threatened the workers with dismissal if they didn't return but people power prevailed and the matter got discussed and everyone returned to work.

This isn't the first time that race wars have broken out at that this company, previously Asians turned up to work with weapons in cars and tried to create a battle in the car park after work had finished.

I don't understand what the original complaint was about. What was the problem with praying in the back of a trailer? The appears to be a valid one if management aproached the people doing it I guess. Was it being loaded/unloaded at the time or something then? If no specific prayer area/room has been provided for them then where else do management suggest they do it?

Also a muslim is someone who follows islamic religion, it is not a race.

I think thats the point dave, they don't see the religion and their possible right to pray, they see it that they are skiving and turned it in to a race battle. These are religion fuelled race issues. I've read about a few things like this on other forums. I've even saw wars break out because someone mentions that most of the boy racers in an area are muslims and next thing that person is racist because they mentioned the fact that they are mostly muslims.
Is it racist that they mentioned it or not. It's a fact, but has the fact got any relevance to the situation.
