Just thought i would give a mention to the Holly Bush in Hurley. The family and i went for dinner there on sunday and enjoyed a wicked home-cooked Sunday lunch. Not your run of the mill boil in the bag rubbish so many hostelries seem to offer. REAL VEGETABLES !! I got talking to the staff and apparantley the kitchen is under new management, and they are useing all local produce. I personaly think that is a great idea and good on them for suppoorting our local farmers. I will definatley be going back, apparently their steaks are fab too, and we are proper steak addicts. Cheers!!!
