The department of heralth is proposing that the legal age to be able to smoke be raised from 16 to 18 in an effort to cut cancer deaths. Would this stop kids from buying them though, I don't think so.
This will more than likely create a situation where the kids find it even more appealing to smoke.
I say ban the vile things altogether, I'm sick of breathing second hand smoke from people who do not think about others well being. Ban it and the problem is solved.
