Atherstone should soon be a riot of colour now that towns flower planters have been planted up with summer bedding. Town councillors and volunteers have spent the last couple of weeks ordering, sorting and planting out thousands of bedding plants and shrubs.
This year the planting scheme has been extended with the purchase of planters on the entrances to the town, to go with the new entrance gateway signs.
