Hayley Mainwood, aged 15 was last seen on October 31, when she left her home at 2 pm to catch a bus to Tamworth to visit her friend. She failed to return home that evening and it is believed that she didn't attempt to visit her friend. She is described as: - white, 5'4" tall, slim, with shoulder length dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a grey cardigan with a red stripe and a green cardigan underneath. She was also wearing a large 'solitaire' ring on her hand. Police have checked all known local addresses and contacts for Hayley including areas of Birmingham where she has friends and family including Smethwick, Small Heath, Stechford, Oldbury and Sandwell. On November 1, police believe that Hayley answered her mobile telephone, but she cancelled the call when she realised it was a police officer calling. Hayley has very little money with her. Police are appealing to anyone who thinks they may have seen Hayley to contact the Force Control room at Police Headquarters on 01926 415000.
