Van Driver Michael Mancini has been given a £60 fixed penalty fine and docked
3 points on his driving license for blowing his nose whilst his vehicle was at a standstill at traffic lights!!
Police in Ayrshire stopped him when he moved off for not being in control of his motor at the time he blew his nose.
The Van driver has refused to pay the fine and could be taken to court by prosecutors.
Now if he had been on his mobile phone whilst waiting at traffic lights I could understand
The Old Bill pulling him over but this is a little harsh just for blowing his nose I think!!
Do you agree with Mr Mancini refusing to pay up or think the court should drop this case?
