I've never done that on this software, I've had to look it up.
You add a bookmark, which is at the top of the thread, you then go to your profile by clicking on profile

which is at the top menu, then click on bookmarks at the menu at the top of your profile. Then I think it was edit bookmarks.
Its a bit longwinded, but I found these flash instructions that show how to do it.

I was nearly there before I had to, I'd got to bookmarks, just couldn't work out how to get them to send email notifications. I've probably explained how to do it somewhere but if I did I wrote it years ago. Probably up in the attic board with the rules, covered in dust and cobwebs.
