There's a group on facebook that is petitioning to get Leicester canals towpaths fenced off from the canal. Railings between the path and canal all the way along its urban stretches.

I was wondering what you thought of the idea of putting railings down the Atherstone stretch of canal.
Tony could be the jailer and have keys to the locks to let the boaters out when they want to use a lock.
