Barriers have suddenly appeared on both corners of North Street with its junction with Log Street and Witherley Road.
I can't see any reason for this waste of tax payers money and the obscure the view down Long Street which is already very limited and add to clutter around the junction.
If any one knows what they are supposed to be for could you please let me know.

View from junction blocked all the time, even worse when weight watchers puts their banner on them. waste of tax payers payers money and made the junction far more dangerous and cluttered. Who thinks these schemes up?
