The worried family of a missing man have pleaded for him to get in touch, to let them know he is safe. Chris Aubrey has not been seen since he left the Sgt Peppers bar, in Regent Street, Hinckley, at around 2am on Friday. • • Cousin Charlotte Davis, from Earl Shilton, said dozens of friends and family members have been searching for the 30-year-old all weekend. "I just want to let him know that we all care about him so much, and he has so many people who want to know he's safe," said Charlotte, 24. Charlotte said CCTV from Sgt Peppers shows Chris sat at the bar before leaving at closing time. He had been out with friends who had gone home earlier, and has not been seen since. Charlotte, a dance teacher, said friends and family took to the streets of Barwell on Saturday, and were searching woodland at Burbage Common yesterday morning, along with police dogs and a helicopter. "We have found out from people he is living with he has been depressed recently, but it is so out of character for him to do anything like this," she said. Chris is a landscaper at Hinckley Golf Course, and was due to return to work today after two weeks' holiday. Police are appealing to Chris, or anyone who has seen him, to call 101. www.thisisleicestershire.co.uk/Leicestershire-family-plea-missing-man-Chris/story-16446291-detail/story.html
